Is money deducted when I first click a plan?

No. You are taken to a separate plan review page first. Funds are deducted only after you confirm the purchase.

When is a deposit added to my wallet?

A deposit remains pending until the payment has been reviewed and confirmed. Clicking the payment confirmation button alone does not credit the account.

Can I withdraw from my principal balance?

The current lixash wallet structure processes withdrawal requests from the profit balance only.

Can withdrawal access be temporarily unavailable?

Yes. Withdrawal access can be enabled or disabled for an individual account. When disabled, the customer sees the explanation.
